Define names the problem, the customer, and the goal. Measure names the metric and the baseline. Analyze points at the Pareto, the test, or the experiment. Improve names the change. Control names the chart and the owner.

The measurement step asks for a measurement system analysis, not a gage R&R by name. Causes you rank here can be marked verified or verified as not a cause. The record stays in this browser.
